We just purchased this condo. We replaced all of the furniture so everything is brand new as of april 2010. The unit has a king size bed and tile floor throughout. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and bedroom. The unit has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kithcen is fully equiped with stainless steel apliences and granite countertops. The unit also has a washer and dryer.
